Personally if I don’t plan out my week in advance that week is way less productive in general, different strokes different folks when it comes to this.I disagree, it’s just another activity that isn’t movement.
Bawby needs to do it, and stop thinking about doing it, stop planning on doing it, and stop telling us how it’s doable.
Start exercising and build your schedule around that.
