Officers from the Khanh Hoa provincial criminal police raided the GDC Lucky Club in the basement of the Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa late on March 1, catching 13 foreigners playing poker for money. Authorities seized US$3,500 in cash and documents related to the operation.

There are gambling places like this all over Vietnam. They didn’t grease the palms enough. This is nothing new.

Yes , but there are parking attendants at every single store. But at times if they aren’t around you just move someone’s. I have knocked over tons over the years by accident. Mine has been knocked over too.
