Yep, no idea how they keep A+. Clearly ratings here are not reviewed or are influenced, or a combo of both. I will give them this...when they got sick of my NHL play at the end of Jan a few years ago, they did pay out my balance (mid 4 figures) within 30 min.
Not sure the situation here, but another case study in managing balances to a number you are comfortable getting stiffed on. Don't get lazy on moving funds around. Of course, if you are in a rollover and can't do so, part of the risk of taking the "free $". I regularly manage balances even on shops like BM and BO. They are almost like a bank, but they are not a bank. The logic of not taking regular withdrawals might keep you under the radar longer if you are a winning player doesn't hold water. They know either way and all you are doing is setting yourself up for a larger potential stiff.
