Clearly not enough admins or similar on this site. Still listed in a positive light on the site along with Nitro, 2 shops well known at this point to be basically insolvent. I get it that they need to investigate something a bit more than to just trust people on a forum but these 2 sites have this issue all over the place. Not hard to figure out with these 2.

In the end the UK excuse is unlikely to make any difference to me because like others I'm not getting a cent more from them regardless if my balance is 55k or 1.5k. But stealing 53k has shown what kind of people they are.

And this has been really poorly handled by BMR. Apart from one person who Jazz reportedly paid 1k a few weeks ago they have not paid customers in six weeks. You'd think this would result in an instant regrade or temporary removal from the site but instead they still have a nice B rating here, despite refusing to addressing any of the recent payout issues.

Just had a live chat with...you guessed it...PHIL. I asked if they could restore my stolen funds from betodds he said no, I said, ok, I will continue to post and expose the scam fraud crooks they are every forum, and good luck with his business model after that.
Im posting here, there everywhere to keep them from preying on others. Also have posted this on all relevant threads on this site.

Haven't used Jazz in years (even longer than ABC). Just got an email out of the blue today with promos. I doubt I was eligible for any promos previously so either a switch or just Phil sending the mass email to grab a few funds to screw a few more people.

I hadn't used Jazz in years either, couldn't log in and gave up on them. I was using Looselines for a most of 2025 and had a very good experience with (you probably guessed it) Phil. A couple weeks ago I received the same looking emails but instead of Phil from Looselines it was Phil from Jazz. My Looselines account was moved over to Jazz and so far everything is going smoothly. I won't carry much of a balance but we'll see how it goes.

21k was including profit, so they took the 11k profit, left me with my original 10k, and i was able to get 7k out

They sure have some interesting tactics. Good for you that you managed to get some out, but if they were going to steal from you, why not take the full 21k? (Supposedly so they during this past year could claim that they are still paying).

For S/G, I attempted to log in to Looselines, only to find that it now redirects to Jazz. Apparently, the Looselines brand is no more. Thought for a moment that my probability of getting my $12K stolen had gotten better, but after reading the recent back story (posted on Sportsbookreview), there is no way no how that ever happens.
