1. There's all types of old people. I have a customer in his mid 90s still driving and I've seen customers in their 60s barely surviving. So if I see #1 on the train, does he/she look healthy enough to stand or are they weak looking where I should give up my seat

2. How pregnant are they. Are they in pain b/c of the pregnancy or are they 5-6 months in showing a belly, but really they are OKAY. Would prefer to sit, but they can stand

4. How new born is the new born. Is the baby screaming or behaving. Just the fact the the passenger is holding the baby gives me more justification to give up a seat so she can at least maybe hold the baby on her lap compared to in her arms

I always try to hold the door open and do nice things for older folks.

My opinion - it should be offered to 1, 2 and 4 in that order. 3 has handicapped seating available to them - if it’s filled he can hobble his ass to the next car.
