Renew that gym membership tomorrow bud. You should be going every other day one hour cardio one hour weight training.

Let's start him a bit easier, so he doesn't give up.

Bawby go in and do 7 minutes on the elliptical and then a rowing machine for like 10 minutes.

Be out in 20.

Do that this week. Just four days.

No, it’s not. You don’t get to say it’s easily doable until you do it for the whole week.

You gotta do the dirt and have a witness to your work. You got to have stripes to rap about that.

I’ve been trying to cut back on calories even on my cheat days. Instead of going overboard, I’ll order a whole pizza, eat just 4 or 5 slices since I usually can’t finish the whole thing anyway. Then give the rest to a homeless person.

It’s not hard to find someone in need here in South Florida these days. To me, it’s a total win-win. I avoid overeating and wasting food, and they get a free fresh meal when they might really need it.

Use claude AI or chatgpt and have them make a diet plan. I had claude make one and damn their charts and info is solid. Started following it and its nice to have my days planned in advance by the hour. I am paying for meal delivery service as I dont have the time to prep stuff and can track calories that way. Took a break from soda and booze. On my water/sparkling water grind - bobby you can do it just escape the disease of fast food!
