Someone explain this fentanyl thing to me, please.

They say how deadly it is, yet dealers keep putting into their stuff.

So its not that deadly? Cause who wants to risk killing their customers for a little extra profit.
Is there no better (safer) way to rip your peeps off?

What am I missing?

Dealers love it cuz it’s super cheap to make, mixes easy, and gives a harder high so people get hooked fast and pay the same price. Huge profits for them.

They don’t sweat losing a few customers to OD cuz new ones keep coming and the money’s too good. That’s why it’s everywhere even tho it’s deadly af.

It’s all hype. Remember in the 80s when they said “crack kills” it doesn’t and didn’t. Yes , it destroyed lives and households but people don’t die from hitting the boooyyaa pipe. Fentanyl is used daily in hospitals under procedures. I know people who have been doing fentanyl for years. They prefer it over oxy’s. Ive been around it , seen it used a lot , the media makes it seem like you do it and die. That is not the case at all. Tons of people use it daily.

Illini, you’ve told me multiple times if we were to ever meet that you would swing on me on site.

Why is it ok for you but wrong for Mark Sanchez?
Different circumstances

I remember in the beginning they said it was so deadly that just touching with your hand will kill you...LOL (maybe even thru gloves as well???)

At least they dialed that back a bit

It’s comical when they portray it like that. Yes , I am sure you can die from it if you do enough just like heroin or too many Oxy’s etc. but for people that like it and do it to maintain, not to get sick that are strung out on it. They are fine. There are many functioning opiate addicts in the world.

The the street version’s inconsistency is the killer… dealers don’t measure it perfectly, so one bag or pill might have barely any, and the next one has a ton more.
Even people who’ve been using forever can get hit with a super hot batch and OD out of nowhere. Tolerance helps a lot, but it can’t save you if the strength jumps way up unexpectedly.

Yeah, there was a time you could trust drugs.

Now $5 crack dealers have pill presses in their homes.

What could go wrong?

Yeah, that's why they say you should never use fentanyl alone. If you do fenty then you should always have narcan on site.
