Hey @BobbyFK I had a cortisone shot in my knee a few days ago. I walk with a cane and hobbling around the streets of Hà Nội and I still got in 21km , 27,484 steps today. I did 25,000 yesterday. I follow what Dr. @Archie tells me to do.

i live in a city with 11 million people. I ride my motorbike, walk and take the train daily. I usually walk everywhere.

that’s awesome! Walking is good for you. I could never do that many steps though
