Prediction
The current UFC Odds at your Top Sportsbooks are: Miesha Tate +100 and Ketlen Vieira -120 via BetOnline. At Heritage, Tate’s odds are as high as -105 and Vieira -115.
I think these odds speak for itself, and the fact that we can get Miesha Tate at plus money holds a great amount of value.
Tate is the UFC Vet in this matchup and finally got back in the win column in her previous bout against Marion Reneau; she defeated her via TKO in the third round. Her two losses prior were against Amanda Nunes and Raquel Pennington in 2016.
Cupcake’s wrestling skills have always been her forte, just like Vieira. However, in her last bout against Reneau, she definitely showed growth in her striking and handed Reneau her first T/KO loss in her career. Her jab does some damage and she is capable of reading her opponents in a calm manner.
Miesha Tate is looking for title contention and she believes a finish over Ketlen Vieira will get her there. 🧁👊#UFCVegas43 | Watch LIVE: https://t.co/fuVrEG5TVg pic.twitter.com/0cr1vDhf3h

Ketlen Vieira, on the other hand, was undefeated before joining the UFC. Her two losses were against Irene Aldana by KO and Yana Kunitskaya by unanimous decision.
Vieira is strongest on the ground as she has been outstruck in all but one of her seven UFC bouts. Her takedown defense is like a brick wall; it’s very hard to bring her down as she stuffs 92% of takedown attempts against her. She also has very powerful hands.
I can see why Vieira is favored in this; she has been the fresher and more consistent fighter as of lately. Tate just came back to the Octagon in July 2021 after a 5 year layoff; but she did prove her worth in her return.
With that being said, the value behind the veteran is perfect, and even some of your Top Sportsbooks have these women priced at almost a PK. I’m backing Miesha Tate in this one.
UFC Pick: Miesha Tate +100 via BetOnline (Visit Our BetOnline Review)
