The NFL continues to send its product overseas as the Los Angeles Rams and Jacksonville Jaguars take the field in Wembley Stadium for an early morning matchup for those of us here in the states.

The number of teams in games being played overseas is continuing to grow, but the Jacksonville Jaguars are one of the teams that travel to London most often.

The Jaguars, as a team and organization, are well-versed in how to make this trip. For the Los Angeles Rams, it’s a lot more travel as they have to fly across the United States and then to London.

Will the Rams be affected by this longer flight? Can the Jaguars bounce back after a disappointing loss to a different NFC West team, the Seattle Seahawks? When these two teams take the field, who should you back when playing your Sunday morning football bets?

Best Bets for LA Rams vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Sunday morning brings us a unique overseas showdown as the Los Angeles Rams face the Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley Stadium — a fixture that’s become a London tradition for Jacksonville fans.

This matchup earns its spot in our Sunday lineup because it offers a mix of contrasting travel experiences and team dynamics: the well-traveled Jaguars, familiar with the overseas routine, and the high-powered Rams, who make the long trip from the West Coast looking to maintain momentum.

Bettors can expect a tactical battle between a disciplined Jacksonville defense and a Los Angeles offense led by Sean McVay’s trademark efficiency.

With both teams aiming to prove themselves on the international stage, this early kickoff presents prime value for those eyeing Sunday NFL betting picks. Expect defensive discipline, early-game adjustments to travel fatigue, and several player prop opportunities worth targeting.

Let’s dive into the first market on the board — the Jaguars +3 spread — to see where the value lies for this London matchup.

Sunday Morning Odds (Jaguars +3)

The Jaguars have found success under new head coach Liam Coen.

Even though the Jaguars suffered a tough loss last week, at 3-2, they look to be greatly improved over the team we saw on the field last season. The coaching is better, the tackling is more sound, and the offensive schemes look more potent.

The Rams have been good as long as Sean McVay has been their head coach.

The season has been nothing different, so there’s no surprise that the Rams are favored. The Rams are coming off a convincing win over the Baltimore Ravens in which they showed that they do have one of the best defenses in the league.

This line should hover around +3 all week. The oddsmakers have done a good job of putting up a fair line, and I don’t think there will be too much movement in either direction. However, these and other NFL odds are key numbers that the oddsmakers will be moving off, and the difference between getting a +3.5 and a +3 is massive.

If you like the Jaguars I would bet them now because the chances of this line moving to 2.5 seem a lot greater than it moving to 3.5.

Sunday Morning Picks (Jaguars +3)

With the Jaguars coming off a loss, this is a great opportunity for us to buy low on this team.

The Jaguars were flummoxed by a Seattle defense that has played excellently on the road under head coach Mike Macdonald. But here, the Jaguars get the advantage of being knowledgeable of the trip and also having less travel distance to deal with.

The Jaguars’ offense also looks to get more on pace every week.

Wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr started slow but has found a rapport with quarterback Trevor Lawrence as the season has gone on. The Jaguars are figuring out how to use dynamic wide receiver Travis Hunter, and this will be an excellent opportunity for them to do so against one of the best defenses in the league.

The Rams are properly favored, but this is where the point spread is key.

The Jaguars definitely have the ammunition and the strong defense to keep this close. Combined with the knowledge of how to make this trip efficiently, the Jaguars will not go down without a fight.

Take the Jaguars plus the points.

LA Rams’ Kyren Williams (Anytime Touchdown -143)

Kyren Williams scored touchdowns in three of his last four games. He found the end zone in the last 2 weeks, both against the San Francisco 49ers and the Baltimore Ravens.

His Red Zone usage is an absurdly high 59.3%. When the Rams get the ball close to the goal line, they don’t want to risk putting it in the air. They have their featured back who will get it over the goal line for them.

Among all the game’s player props, I’d suggest taking Kyren Williams to score a touchdown.

Jaguars’ Travis Hunter (Over 39.5 Receiving Yards -118)

Travis Hunter has gone over this total in two of his last three games.

Jaguars head coach Liam Coen was clear in his press conference this week that he plans to use Hunter in the number one WR role more often in this game and for the rest of the season.

Hunter is a dynamic player who is slowly coming into his own as a wide receiver. While he spent the first few games under the shadow of fellow breakout wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr, Hunter has the skills of his own, and the Jaguars have shown a rising inclination to get him the ball.

If you are considering NFL player props as a new market to exploit, expect Hunter’s production to increase not only in this game but for the rest of the year.

Your Game Plan for Sunday Morning Football Bets

This Sunday’s Rams vs. Jaguars game features two teams trying to make a statement on a neutral field. While the Jaguars are more used to the trip, the Rams are the more talented team.

If we were to single out our favorite play within all of our Sunday Morning football bets, it would be the Kyren Williams anytime touchdown.
