Below, we discuss our top three NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Award candidates and their corresponding odds found at all of the best online sportsbooks right here at Bookmakers Review.
New York Giants’ quarterback Jaxson Dart (-135) is the bettors’ choice to win the award, with Tampa Bay’s speed burner, Emeka Egbuka (+475), as his nearest challenger. Then we have the Raiders’ electric tailback, Ashton Jeanty (+600), also in contention.
The New York Giants are suddenly a threat under the helmsmanship of a 22-year-old rookie signal caller named Jaxson Dart. And all of a sudden, the Tampa Bay Bucs are leading their division with the help of a fellow first-rounder, Emeka Egbuka, catching everything that’s thrown to him by Baker Mayfield.
And the first-round draft pick that went higher than either of the two, running back Ashton Jeanty at No. 6 overall, is making a splash in Sin City.

New York Giants’ Jaxson Dart (+250) at Bovada
Jaxson Dart was almost an afterthought in the 2025 NFL Draft, but after Shedeur Sanders plummeted from one of the top picks to the fifth round, anything was possible. And the Giants’ scouting department had done its homework when they plucked the Ole Miss product as the 25th pick in the opening round.
Dart’s stats aren’t eye-popping with just four TD passes, two picks, and a pair of rushing touchdowns in his first five games, but the Giants are beginning to do something that they haven’t done in a very long time – win! Although Big Blue is far removed from their glory days, they did just upset their divisional rivals from Philadelphia and are starting to show life under the young gun who supplanted Russell Wilson as the starter.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ Emeka Egbuka (+350) at BetOnline
Emeka Egbuka certainly had first first-round pedigree coming out as a star wide receiver from Ohio State, but it was a bit head-scratching to see the Bucs tap him at No. 19 overall with elite receivers Mike Evans and Chris Godwin already in the fold.
However, the gamble has paid off nicely, considering both Evans and Godwin have been injured, as Egbuka has been a prime target of Baker Mayfield, whose career has been resurrected in the Bay. The 23-year-old rookie has five touchdown receptions in his first six games and 469 receiving yards. He could be a savvy value bet should the Bucs continue to win and he stays healthy.
Las Vegas Raiders’ Ashton Jeanty (+700) at BetOnline
Ashton Jeanty, the Boise State superstar, was the first running back off the board as the sixth overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. Unfortunately, the Raiders’ offensive line is not blowing holes for him to run through, but he has recently found his footing, scoring a pair of touchdowns over his last three games and tearing up the Bears for 138 rushing yards a few weeks ago.
Nevertheless, a running back needs to see daylight, and I am dubious that the Raiders’ big uglies in the trenches can generate enough push to get the 5’8” sparkplug the room he needs to roam. Yet, the season is young, and +600 is not a bad return on a gamble that could very well pay off down the road.
