I genuinely cannot think of a funner way to make money than by making live College Football picks. Conference games featuring high-powered offenses pervade the College Football picks week 10 selection list. While there are so many profit-promising college football predictions to make, this article will focus on my three favorite ones.
NCAAF Picks Week 10 At-a-glance
This article centers on my three best College Football Picks for Week 10. The games that I will discuss are Georgia Tech vs. NC State, USC vs. Nebraska, and Cincinnati vs. Utah.
Georgia Tech vs. NC State (+6)
Saturday, November 1, 2025 – 7:30 PM EDT
NC State’s defense is reeling: the Wolfpack have allowed a combined total of 89 points in their last two games, which took place against Notre Dame and Pittsburgh, respectively. Based on the fact that Georgia Tech’s quarterback is known largely for his running abilities, one could maybe wonder whether the Yellow Jackets have enough firepower to win by more than a touchdown.
But consider that Pitt’s freshman quarterback just threw for 423 yards against NC State, exceeding his previous season-high by 100 yards. And Georgia Tech’s quarterback can pass: he was 25-for-31 with 304 yards and three touchdowns to zero interceptions in his team’s last game in which the Yellow Jackets scored 41 vs. Syracuse.
Still, the Jackets will want to run the ball. NC State is inept against strong rush attacks, as evidenced by the 229 rushing yards and 152 rushing yards that Virginia Tech and Notre Dame’s top running back duo amassed against the Wolfpack, respectively. Georgia Tech’s eleventh-ranked rush attack will help secure a high scoring output.
The Jackets haven’t allowed over 24 points in a game all season, and NC State’s 66th-ranked scoring offense won’t change that fact. Worst-Case scenario score prediction: Jackets 38, Wolfpack 21. In sum, I recommend Georgia Tech -6.

USC vs. Nebraska (+6.5)
Saturday, November 1, 2025 – 7:30 PM EDT
I truly don’t get USC being favored by a touchdown at Nebraska. This surely can’t be explained by USC’s recent losses to Illinois and Notre Dame, respectively. A lopsided victory over a Michigan team whose freshman quarterback was playing on the road and whose offensive centerpiece suffered an early-game injury while the affair was close is not impressive.
Beating an awful Michigan State team at home by two touchdowns is not impressive. I just don’t see what USC has done this season to merit this respect from oddsmakers.
As evident in its 34-32 loss to Illinois, USC will give up a lot of points because it has a pass defense that a good quarterback will exploit. Dylan Raiola only hasn’t been throwing for 300 yards lately because running back Emmett Johnson has been rounding into form with higher-volume, efficient running.
USC’s quarterback helped the Trojans come close to beating Illinois, but he’ll face a much tougher test against Nebraska’s second-ranked pass defense. By scoring a lot, Nebraska will force the Trojans to have to pass, which they will struggle to do. So, bet on Nebraska +6.5.

Cincinnati Bearcats vs. Utah Utes (-7)
Saturday, November 1, 2025 – 10:15 PM EDT
Utah quarterback Devon Dampier was listed as ‘probable’ last week. He could have played, but the Utes clearly didn’t need him when they pummeled Colorado 53-7.
Expect a fully healthy Dampier against a Cincinnati team that struggles to contain good quarterbacks in general, as when the Bearcats conceded 30 points to Iowa State, and dual-threat quarterbacks specifically, as when the Bearcats surrendered 34 points to Kansas.
Conversely, the Utes thrive against dual-threat quarterbacks. They just shut down Colorado’s mobile quarterback when they limited the Buffaloes to seven points. They likewise held UCLA with its mobile quarterback to ten points.
Because both teams depend centrally on a mobile quarterback, the facts that Utah has proven readily capable of scoring 40 points and is vastly better at containing mobile quarterbacks than Cincinnati ensure a strong Utes victory. Therefore, take Utah -7.
