However, Northwestern is No. 15 in the nation in scoring defense. They allow 165.1 passing yards per game, so they’d have to give up 100 yards above their average for Maiava to go over.
However, they also haven’t faced many offenses as good as USC when it comes to throwing the ball. So, we’ll trust Maiava to get the job done in a game with a 51-point total to go over his 264.5 passing yards line.

We’ll see the LSU Tigers in their first game after firing coach Brian Kelly, a tyrannical figure who the players may be happy to see gone if we’re just being honest.
However, the Tigers have a tough matchup against Alabama with the Crimson Tide favored by 9.5 points and the total is 48.5 points, so there should be some decent scoring.
LSU certainly has a quarterback capable of moving the ball in Garrett Nussmeier. He’s led the Tigers to 25.5 points per game, so there’s usually a few touchdowns in every LSU game for the offense.
Alabama’s defense is good, ranked 20th in the nation, but it is not impenetrable.
LSU running back Harlem Berry is the second-leading rusher on the team this year, and he’s scored a touchdown in 2-of-4 games the last month, including a score against Texas A&M in the team’s last game.
