I remember hitting them during their long losing streak in the contest and thinking I had it won last year (the one where we had to pick each team to win before we completed the contest - biggest challenge was finding a CWS win)

Have no clue how many they’ll win this year but man that seems like a low total

Guessing you meant cheap tickets - and they could win 162 games and no one would be there.

ChiSox play in probably the worst part of a city imaginable for a professional team. Guaranteed Rate Field isn’t bad itself (as they have a ton of law enforcement surrounding it) - but for the average fan - the getting into/out of there is an adventure.

They continue to draw somehow - guess being in a huge city and tradition - but that place is not a nice stadium and the area is rough. Baseball is such a long season and so much better listening at home on the radio vs going there to a game.
