When I first joined facebook years ago I liked a facebook group about cult movies. A "kid" who was in the group asked for a friend request, and after I granted it he spammed my facebook page with nonstop Russian propaganda. When facebook announced it was banning Russian propaganda accounts the "kid's" account was immediately deleted.

I took a look through your posting history, tommir99 and virtually all of your posts are either directly or tangentially cheering for/propagandizing for Putin and Russia. Instead of ignoring you the way I ignored the fake kid on facebook, I'll instead report you to the mods.

With luck, your account will end up like so many Russian tanks in Ukraine. Destroyed.

It's been "weaponized" if you will.

All Russian gas trades must:

As of May 2022:

1- be settled in Rubles
2- the Rubles used MUST be acquired on the Moscow exchange

This props up the Ruble, but makes the exchange very vulnerable, hence you've got a balance there....if the Rubles were to be sourced freely, they'd skyrocket in value, but the risk that, at any time, billions of Euros or Pounds or Duetchmarks could be wiped out by sanctions also leaves the exchange in a poor position, thus holding back the currency.

The US dollar being the benchmark of value also means for each raise our Fed makes, Moscow must cut, thus lowering the Ruble value.
