Man sometimes I forget what it’s like to have an incredible night’s sleep.

Got 10 hours straight. Didn’t wake up once. Fell asleep at 9:30 pm and woke up at about 7:30 am.

Best I’ve felt in probably a month.

Had a lot of action this week and it’s always tough for me to unwind.

Probably only got 4.5 maybe 5 hours sleep after Carolina’s G5 win. After a losing week last week have had the Hurricanes bigly twice this week.

And the Spurs killed me and everyone else in Central Texas on Wednesday. Luckily I didn’t bet them on the ML or live or anything but I have them in a $10 parlay to win the series that pays $2,250. Only two legs remaining are Spurs series and Carolina series. I’d have been a favorite to win that parlay if the Spurs hang on to that lead :(

I think for me anyway it’s definitely important to take a few nights off during the week, which won’t be difficult once hockey and the NBA playoffs are over.

Try and crash a little earlier than when I have action like last night.

Yeah thats crazy i cnt sleep if my stomach is going crazy
Jay smarten up man no need to lose sleep like that
After a couple of weeks, your body adapts and then something flips. You start craving that feeling, because you know what it means, your stomach’s growling, and your body is burning through stored fat. You’re losing weight in real time. Sounds like a nightmare, I know but honestly, it’s been life-changing for me lol.
