We often here of the guy that "has everything" yet still commits suicide.

Internal chemical and structural issues can be the demon itself, and all the love in the world can't really attack that demon while only some medicines to very little as well.

It's tough.

Why did they use the term "Acute effects of Ketamine" instead of Ketamine overdose?

It means it was a bad reaction to Ketamine.

They are staying away from calling it an overdose.

I personally don't see any issue here. The guy liked to do drugs, many people do. It is their choice. As long as they aren't committing any crimes to fund their habit, it is their choice. Drugs are not the problem here or in any situation.
