I am not transitioning from mostly Unders to mostly Overs, the Overs happened naturally today
I am glad you mentioned. I was going to ask if you were pivoting due to changes in temps. For the record, when you have an under, I play it 1st 3 innings. If you have an over, I just play the full 9. I never keep track of anything, but I felt like I had good success with 1st 3 innings unders up until a certain point in time last year. They were hitting at a solid percentage, but kind of fell off after a while.

*just started tailing you in 2026.

AI Overview
Male-to-female (MTF) transition is a deeply personal, non-linear process allowing transfeminine individuals to align their bodies and lives with their gender identity through social, legal, and medical steps, such as Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and surgeries. Key changes include fat redistribution, breast development, and reduced body hair, typically evolving over 2–5 years.
Key Aspects of MTF Transition
  • First Steps: Often involve personal exploration, coming out, changing clothing/hairstyles, and seeking consultation with gender-affirming specialists.
  • Hormone Therapy (HRT): Typically involves estrogen and androgen blockers (e.g., spironolactone) to trigger feminization, with initial effects like skin softening occurring within months and breast buds appearing within weeks.
  • Timeline: Significant physical changes usually occur within the first 1–3 years, though breast growth can continue for up to 10 years.
  • Medical Interventions: Beyond HRT, these may include laser hair removal, voice therapy, and various surgeries (breast augmentation, facial feminization, or genital surgery).
  • Average Age: Transitioning happens at all ages; while some begin in their teens or early 20s, many others begin later in life, such as in their 40s.
  • Regret Rates: While precise figures vary, studies generally indicate a very low rate of regret, particularly when individuals have access to proper care and support.
  • Costs: Costs vary widely based on the extent of medical procedures (surgeries, voice therapy, laser) and insurance coverage.
Common Physical Changes from HRT
  • Skin: Becomes softer and thinner.
  • Fat Redistribution: Moves to hips, buttocks, and breasts, reducing fat in the waist.
  • Breast Development: Tissue growth begins within weeks.
  • Hair: Body hair becomes lighter and thinner.
  • Muscles: Reduced muscle mass and strength.
  • Reproduction: Long-term fertility is often lost.
