The NCAA has initiated the final steps to expand the men's and women's NCAA basketball tournaments to 76 teams, with sources telling ESPN that clearing the final steps needed is just a formality.

Women’s tournament is bad enough with some really poor teams making it, leading to some very lopsided games.

Greed. Plain and simple. Already too many games, especially the Women's side. As a bettor I love it, those first few tournament days tho? Pain in the ass to keep up on.

Like Baz wrote IMO comes down to money. Just like the NCAAF conference championship games that were introduced some years back.

As long as I can keep trading it on the exchange, I have no problem with more college basketball.

Five months ago, I might’ve said one thing, but now I say expand it.

Disgusting and will lose all interest in watching an atrocious money grab from basketball mafia. They barely play real basketball with the ridiculous carrying/holding dibble and now diluting one of best sporting event. I’ll pass.
