I just don't think Higgins or Boyd provide the deep threat capabilities to cause defenses to react.

Defenses might actually play them more aggressive, which could lead to Burrow finding more opportunities

Bengals have the best WR room in the NFL. Higgins and Boyd still pretty formidable

And schedule is pretty generous.
