The Indian coalition has been fighting legalization here for a while. They have the monopoly on casinos here and legalizing would be bad for business. I think it's coming up for a vote soon though.

Also, it's legal here as long as you don't get caught. ;)

very common bribery is involve then, especially when this legalization fail.
