I think other coaches are looking for punishement and there's pressure to punish Harbaugh.

But I haven't seen any announcement yet. The line seems ok to me though. I make a range of forecasts, you might know.

Stacking percentages Forecast has Michigan winning with 38 points to Penn St's 34 or 31 points. That's a 4 or 7 point victory, with equal enough probability, for Michigan.

The non predictive public gauge has Michigan winning 28-27.

That 3.5 you might have seen was a little jump off of 5 and even 7. There were some very early 3s that were bought up.

But the market's looking to settle here around 4.5 and 5 early on.

So you're right so far, -3.5 is pretty low.

I doubt anything will happen to Michigan for the sign stealing this year.

Michigan sent a letter to the Big 10 office warning them not to punish the team until an investigation is complete. They stated it would be against Big 10 bylaws to punish a program prior to completing an investigation and allowing the school to respond.

Michigan is leaving the investigation up to the NCAA so that will take months/years.
