Good Handicapper becomes syndicate betting?

Assume you are like the best capper on earth. And everyone starts following you because you always post wins and the second you post your picks everyone hammers the line. By design are you now a de facto syndicates?

No, you would not be a syndicate. You would just be a great bettor. To be a syndicate, you need to be a group of bettors betting off your bets.

If you are posting your picks on BMR and have followers, I guess you would a de facto syndicate if you were just giving picks for free.
