why is hill the big favorite? isn't santos is the best?

i mean Santos is gettin mma old. hes 38 years old and is 1-4 in his last 5 bouts. Hill is younger (31) and a knockout fighter.

now, santos is definitely slowing down imo. my only concern is if both fighters chins hold. lately hill has been hunting for knockouts so we havent seen much of him in the later rounds. i could see santos winning a technical bout if he is able to hold pace and not blow out his gas tank.

but i'm expecting hill to be very aggressive. i've faded him many times actually and it has always slapped me on the wrist. i havent decided if i'm playing this or not though.
