Vastly betterThere’s no edge either way except the quarterback that’s how you have to play it it is, maybe Kansas City has a slightly better defense

A vastly better defense?Vastly better
Yeah thats fair. Spagnolo has a long history of being great in the playoffs too. He shut down NE twice with the giants. Dallas when they had Romo.Renegade good SF, excellent KC. Maybe I'm exaggerating a bit so vastly is the wrong word.. But what had all the Ravens bettors sucked over to their side was their D. They didn't realize KC had the second ranked D. And they played great.
Defensive end Charles OmenihuSome key defender for KC torn acl
Yep. Turnovers will be a deciding factor. Who will have more "fumbles" is always hard to gauge.Whoever has + turn overs should have the advantage, in a game that is almost even match up.
Just a thought
Turnovers are pretty much impossible to predict but I agree with Tanko. Mahomes will most likely not throw any picks. Purdy will only throw a pick if he is pressured. Spags is a heavy blitz def coordinator but I can see SF running a lot and using a ton of screen passes to slow down the blitz.Whoever has + turn overs should have the advantage, in a game that is almost even match up.

He threw one against us last time when the Niners were up in the 4th quarter I believe. He can be had and forced into mistakes. The Niners D is going to decide this game. If they play like they did in the regular season when they were on the best stop units in football than the Niners can and will win this game. Starts with pressure up front if they can get to the Quarterback and make Mahomes uncomfortable they can force a turnover or two.Yep. Turnovers will be a deciding factor. For INTS, I don't see Mahomes throwing INTs. Too experienced. Too skilled. I love me some Purdy but he did throw a few really bad passes that should have been picked in the Lions game. I think its more likely to see INTs from Purdy than Mahomes. I guess thats kind of an obvious statement but it what I'm thinking about. If Purdy stays clean then I see them overcoming Mahomes/Ried advantage.
I expect him to lean on the run game heavily this time since he has McCaffery. He abandoned the run last time up 10 and blew it. He also abandoned the run up 28-3 as an OC so I hope previous SUper Bowl experience tells him that he needs to feed CMC if the Niners get a lead and even if they're playing from behind hopefully he still leans on the run game because the Chiefs defense against the run can be beat but you have to stick with it unlike Baltimore who should have ran more against the Chiefs.Shanahan tends to be conservative in these big games and KC is not a great run defense so I expect the niners to be run heavy
Balt had the all time worst game plan. I have no idea what they were doing. It was as if they were trying to prove lamar could be great throwing…and he wasn’t and he isnt. He never will be that guyI expect him to lean on the run game heavily this time since he has McCaffery. He abandoned the run last time up 10 and blew it.
