As I was losing bets everything was fine until I won 2000 USD to cover back my few of my losses place withdrawal, then comes mail for verification. Submitted everything documents requested. 55 days down the line my account is still under verification. They keep telling you to wait, they treat you like you are trash.
It also appears that nobody can be able to help you even BMR DISPUTE RESOLUTION TEAM. I have filled a complaint on this but no help what so ever.
I urge BMR to blacklist MARATHONBET, because nobody is giving good report about them.

We have many Marathonbet complaint cases open with similar slow verification issues as you are experiencing.

BMR have tried all angles we know of to establish a dialogue with Marathonbet and their parent company Panserve but are not getting any meaningful help or answers.

We will continue to try to engage but at this moment I doubt that is going to happen right now.

It's obvious they are scammers
Why not unlist them from your B+ RATING, so that people will stop using them unless you guys have some attachment with them. This is pure wickedness.

JK26 your voice and other poster's voice has been heard and reported to those that need to know here. I am sure there will be an adjustment in ratings or suspension if the disputes dept does not even have an open line of communication with this business.

The top priority is for all your active complaints to be answered which some are albeit very slowly but staying calm and patient is your best option at this point. Once you get your funds than you have learned a valuable lesson and stick to those A+ books no matter how sweet the offers look elsewhere. Best of luck!!
