Where's the value?

I would say convert all of them into overall chance to win first. Then look at how much the house edge the book have. Sometimes these the house edge is so strong you can't pull a win. Or sometimes use multiple book and take the best odds from each team for each book and see can you synthesis one where you have an edge over the house. Say if you make one that shows house edge is 98% then you can start picking and choosing where the most value lies.
