Bovada account disabled 15k

Hey guys,


A couple of days ago I ran up a ~15700 dollar balance on bovada and upon trying to withdraw 2500 my account was disabled. Upon seeing some people waiting 100+ days for a response figured I would post early with any updates as they arise. Doing a quick google seems like bovada uses this tactic very frequently with hundreds of reports on various websites.

Sorry if this post is a bit premature just concerned with other cases I've seen.

Not premature at all. Thanks for posting Charlie. They should have sent you your money immediately. If they wanna do some KYC it should be verified same day.
I do hope you get your money. But with all these reports I'm afraid it's not looking good.

I've been getting E-mails from Bodog (Bovada) for 100% reload bonuses lately..... I guess this is why.

Is your account KYC verified yet? They have a horrible practice of "disabling" accounts while they KYC. (They should just KYC at account creation but then they couldnt wait until you are a winner to spend the effort. And they can free roll everyone else.) Some of the horror stories you are seeing on here are happening to completely KYC'd accounts that have a normal history of withdrawals with them before suddenly they stop working.

My account is very old. Many years. Been KYC'd for years. Made many withdrawals. It's now disabled and they wont respond. Been a couple months.

They emailed me saying I broke bonus rules today but only confiscated 2300 of the 15700 in my account and I withdrew the remaining 13k today.
