Bookmaker.eu not responding to payout request -> RESOLVED

Waiting 6 weeks, they asked for KYC docs and was sent promptly. I googled bookmaker.eu problems and this site came up, but never heard of this site, can you help? I've played at other sportsbooks before but have never had an issue like this before. Waiting for about 24K at the moment and they are not responding. I know it's common for bookmakers to pull people's money after Superbowl with increased risk but thy only reason why I played with these guys as I know they have been around a long time. What's going on? Anyone have insight as this is stressful.

Same thing is happening to me and multiple other posters. I've been waiting since November 18th. This just pretty much confirms what I've been suspecting; they got murdered by FTX and don't have the money. This is what sites do when they have solvency issues. They dont stop all payouts as that would be obvious and nobody would deposit. Instead they hold a certain % of larger balances, and try to fund the payouts with future deposits, or in a worst case scenario, they simply close shop. I still have faith that they will pay, but with every new poster and every passing day with the same automated response from support, my faith weakens.

Btw, Coinpro gonna come in any second and accuse us of cheating somehow, and also explain that since he got his $5k payout a week ago, Bookmaker can't be broke. Just try to ignore him

Is your wife’s name Karen ? Jk my mind is boggled why BK is having so many issues these days regarding payouts. Been with them since they were CRIS, & never had an issue once & I have their money, they don’t have mine. They did cut off my bonus packages which is fine.

You forgot they offered you a bank wire that you refused I'm specifically talking about your case. I don't know to many broke books that will do that
