Yes, that is THIS Administration vs Texas.

In light of the 51 dead bodies just found in a truck and this Administration failing, still, to go on TV and tell migrants NOT TO COME, we get this decision from SCOTUS.

"Biden's Executive Order, ending the "Stay in Mexico" policy, that retained over 700,000 illegals in Mexico, is proper"

I.E. Anyone coming to the border will now be released into the USA and put on a list for an immigration hearing. Estimated wait time, 6 years.

Great job Joe Biden. Really fighting for Americans!

This is only a policy but not a law though this mean more human trafficking and slavery. A president can start the policy then the president can end the policy too and that will happen in 2024 with Brandon.

Quite frankly we don’t care for a civics lesson bores the shit out of me for one. We just want to win baby. Archer looking good after getting out of that one bad inning giving up one run and leaving the bases loaded.

I stand corrected and good to know we have law expert in the house.
I wasn't being snooty, just that a policy would be how a State enforces immigration, policies differ; TX might have one policy, NM & AZ might have a different policy, for the same issue- immigration.

An EO is law, it overrides policy into a uniform & enforceable law.

All good. I'm happy that we are learning.
