You're the man BigJay! Appreciate you stepping up to the plate for me here. Sure seems like reviews do need to be taken with a grain of salt now. Since regulated books have exploded offshore seems a lot more dicey than it was a few years ago. I'd love it if BMR could get more hands on and help with this. I did get an email from them that BetMania management was looking into it, but the dispute hasnt been resolved yet

Good news indeed. So if they pay out the 2k, would that be a total of 1.5k they’ve paid on this bet? Bringing up their “odds” to 35/1?

UPDATE: After a lot of going in circles with the "marketing manager" and "GM" I got the impression that my only chance of seeing some money was to make a "deal." Obviously I was negotiating under duress - I still one million percent feel that I should've been paid the full winnings for the bet. However, last week I "agreed" to accept 2k - leaving me 1k short, in total - and they did pay me the 2k on 12/8. I'll be requesting that a moderator mark this as "partially resolved." BetMania also requested that I remove Skybook and BetPhoenix from the thread title...I will be requesting the mods do this as I think it's fair; I had no problems at phoenix back in the day, never played at Skybook, and I am not sure how closely they are all tied. If betmania does the right thing and pays the remaining 1k (not holding my breath) I will contact the mods to have it updated to fully resolved.

Glad you got paid something but they are still thieves the way they handled this. Robbing you of the true odds you absolutely should have been paid. Even if it is “just” $1,000 now.

The crazy thing the short-term thinking some of these books have now. I’m sure this post has cost them thousands. Paying you what they owed you would have been such a better move for them profit-wise moving forward.

As far as them wanting you to edit your post. Fukk them. Let them know you’ll do it if they send you the last dime they owe you. If they don’t tell them to piss off. I wouldn’t change one damn thing.
