Betting MLB Run Lines

As a baseball bettor I normally stick to ML wagers. Does anyone bet run lines often and believe they are a better option?

No specific wager choice for me. Just try to avoid big favorites and take advantage of the dogs.

I usually just bet the ML

I can't even win the mL on favs. How the hell am I going to win the rL. I know old forum guys that use to bet strictly rLs on the favs and did ok. That was years ago. i don't know if it is still a winning strategy. I like betting dogs but it is hard just to do that in MLB. Really need to mix it up. I have done a little better just betting it live in spots where I think a bullpen might get rocked.

with so many runs in today baseball, the rl to me just dont work like it did let say in the 70's and 80's with low scoring games...
