Played on this site for about a year no issues with kyc or withdrawals and have made numerous.

Been about a week since my last payout request without any updates and the chat posts a generic "we are dealing with higher than normal volume of transactions" type response as an explanation.

Has never been longer than 72 hours for a withdrawal here.

Needless to say, I am beginning to grow concerned. Anyone else in a similar situation with these guys?

For CGA sites I am learning there is no way to make an official complaint right now?

Same situation.
1year + on their website.
Only betting mainlines.
Withdrawal last week took 1 week and I had to ask on chat for an update usually took 72h)
Won 1k this weekend on mainlines and now limited to 0,22$.

Same here. Only ever wagered Big 5 sports and main lines. Hoping this isn't the start of a no pay trend
