Best Racebook Rebates/Bonus

Any recommendations on the books that offer the best Racebook Rebates and/or bonus? I've been playing around with horse racing. I admittedly suck at it, but love the intellectual challenge that offers. Looking to minimize my risk while I continue to learn.

I don't bet the ponies except maybe a rare big race pick. I noticed Betnow offers a 10% weekly rebate on losses though. Not sure how that compares to others.
