We kindly ask you to pay attention, that there are two different players with different situations and client ID numbers in this thread. Ommidikra needed to contact to his bank on his first deposit, because it was unsuccessful. In order to resolve his situation with the second deposit from 27/08/2022, he also needed to provide his bank statement to the Support Service via email that we mentioned earlier

As for Slaheddineaissa77, he is currently undergoing a verification procedure according to the T&C of the Company. In order to proceed it, he needs to follow the instructions from the Security Service and fill out a questionnaire with uploading requested documents to his personal account. Please note, that the verification is standard for each betting company and the 1xBet operates with the full accordance to the T&C
