Bookmaker.eu payout only by bankwire

I have a big problem with withdrawing money from bookmaker.eu.
At the beginning of the month my payout was rejected. They asked me for a standard KYC verification. First, I sent them my ID. Then a short video about my account.
Let me clarify that my account is more than a year and a half old. I've already completed the KYC process before. I've made numerous deposits and over 50 withdrawals. All using the same method: BTC.
After a week of silence, I contacted support asking what the holdup was. They responded immediately, informing me that withdrawals were only available via bank transfer.
I understand this is a violation of the rules on their part, as they clearly state that withdrawals are processed using the same method as deposits.
But what can I do? Withdrawals to a bank account are completely unacceptable to me. My account isn't blocked, and I can continue betting. But what's the point if I can't get my money back?

I offered them any other verification method. I initially used crypto with the intention of receiving my winnings directly into a crypto wallet. According to their rules. It's unfair on their part.
Moreover, I counted more than 70 withdrawals and deposits using a single method.

$14K doesn't seem to be nearly high enough to go through this, although with all the transactions, if you have a large net win, might have triggered this, or bets that seemed to follow a group. Clearly something pissed them off.

Clearly any taxes on winnings isn't the concern of BM. My issue would be the exorbitant wire fees. I know it is typical in the un-regulated world but to force someone into that payment method and then charge that...

Yeah 14k isn't that bad. Just wire it and be done. Although I agree with you, Bookmaker shouldn't make you do that.

OP is in Ontario, so taxes shouldn't even be an issue.

Unless OP is considered (or filing as) a professional gambler. Canada doesn't tax the "hobby" gamblers, but pro gamblers are supposed to report.

Same page here. Pulled some funds last night via LTC. I usually make the effort to rebalance accounts, will have to lower my max "risk or balance" there now. Was a little lazy with them recently on that effort...

I'd like to think they are just streamlining a few things and cutting down on fees that pay. They are a book that serves a purpose that DK and FD can't touch for the most part. Getting heavy action down and good prices. They weren't affected in the same way that many un-regulated books were once the normies went to the Big 2. That was before Prediction Markets and Exchanges got to the status they are now however. You can get heavy action down on these and the prices are even cheaper. Now that is what may be eating BM's lunch.

i agree. tough to compete when you offer -110, but they have opinionated lines and do actual bookmaking, so they are a must have out. their international presence is big also.

Maybe it’s just a coincidence but they took away the 20% cash bonuses I was getting for about a year. They finally realized how much I was up on them.

I have never worked for BM so I cannot answer your three questions.

In recent years multi-accounters/bonus abusers hit them and other offshores hard. This is BM's way of handling accounts they deem suspicious.

I know some long-time clients at BM. All of them get quick payouts up to the $100k monthly max. I am not accusing you of anything. I am sure some innocent players have fallen prey. If you did not violate terms then I hope you get paid immediately. I also hope you will keep us updated.
