Allbet.AG suddenly no pay and no replies

Long-time lurker here.

I've been playing on Allbet.ag for about 8 months. I took a bonus, completed the rollover, and built my balance up to $20k+.

Since the beginning of the year they've basically stopped responding. Live chat doesn't reply, and my account manager (Andrew) hasn't answered texts for about two months.

I've tried phone, text, and live chat. The only time I get a response is when I call, and they just tell me to contact Andrew. When I explain that he hasn't responded in two months, they say their hands are tied and that they can only forward a message to him.

At this point it feels like they've completely ghosted me and are trying to stiff me.

2 months no reply after you clear rollover and build up $20k+? That’s not a delay, that’s a warning sign.
Have you actually attempted a withdrawal yet, or are they dodging you before it even gets there?

Look at the screenshots. they're ghosting. They don't even have a live chat anymore.

they disabled live chat now so they're prob going out of business. Hopefully not they were a good book.
