He was definitely a feel-good story until he got hurt.

Now he’ll be a QB who relies on mobility coming off an Achilles tear. I’ve read he will be ready for training camp but who knows how close he’ll be to 100 percent.

Exactly - there’s a ton of QBs out there who are just begging for the chance to prove themselves.

50 mill for 2 years is chump change - but if he has another great year you know damn well he will be holding out demanding the deal be reworked. If he reverts to the norm - he’ll happily accept that 25 million in year 2 while holding a clipboard.
