When I eat like this which is like once a week, I’ll fast for at least 24 hours after for a carb reset, try it Bobby.

It probably wouldn’t hurt me to try it, although it would be hard to do. I would probably end up sleeping a lot.

I do that, I think @JDS does something like that - it’s really not that hard - especially during the work week. I’ll drink the ‘flavored’ natural sparkling/carbonated waters (NOT the sugary $#!T) because they ‘fill you up’ with carbonation, you go a day or two, you don’t even realize you haven’t eaten anything. It’s great! Then the weekend comes and you’re looking forward to eating something good…..

Hopefully your tastebuds will change in your 40's for your health, mine did for the better always liked eggs though. Not liking eggs is extraterrestrial Bobby.
