Wow. Shocked by this. Clearly the Browns didn't want Flacco (why would they) so they gave him away for free (basically).

Maybe the Bengals didn't want to give up anything for a decent trade.
If I was a GM and Bengals called, I'd know, they are screwed and its time to bend them over and take advantage of their situation.
