What was the original charge? I don’t think you can expunge felony counts you have to get them sealed or petition for a governor pardon.
I had two felonies expunged, difficult process and takes time and money but can be done, it also depends on the type of felony.
It’s easier In CA where you have wobblers. It’s also dumb to have wobblers because the DAs always charge the higher felony knowing the case will likely get plead out to a lesser felony or misdemeanor with the hope of reduction and expungement. Don’t get me started about this lol.
Mine happened in 1990 then expunged in 1997.
