Lots of $ here. Apartment prices have doubled and even tripled in some areas the last 5 years. Lots of business opportunities here. I know more rich Vietnamese than I do Americans in my personal life.

I've seen so many of your charts about how Vietnam is on the "up and up" economy wise. There have to be some excellent investment opportunities there.
