Getting free entry in a contests that's giving away money designed to encourage participation and interaction between posters to adjust grow a forum community isn't friendly enough for you?

Yeah BMR is expensing it all as promotions as it should and BMR is benefiting by buying good will etc - but posters and the forum community benefits as well by getting the money without risking any money in return, plus posters benefit by promoting friendly competition and friendly interactions within said community.

Cheating and poor sportsmanship make things unfriendly, that's why cheating and poor sportsmanship etc is not allowed in friendly competitions.

I think BMR should make a list of posters allowed to win and not allowed to win before every contest. Then we can all agree especially if our name is on the list.

If you knew, as Slackerdude, that 14 was the first day of the contest and YOU joined on Jan 14 specifically to join the contest, why didn't you enter the contest at that time? Your first post on BMR as Slackerdude after joining on Jan 14 was on Feb 17th, a month after the first contest.

BUT, since you stated it was specifically to join the contest, you must be Merkturk. Because that is also the day he joined and the day he/you entered the contest YOU just mentioned.

You just kind of self-incriminated yourself.
