My son-in-law is smoking a brisket. No turkey this year but we are having all the other Thanksgiving staples (green bean casserole, stuffing, mashed potatoes, rolls, corn, orange fluff, pumpkin pie, apple pie, etc...). He's getting good with his Traeger smoker. I'll try to remember to post pics.
