What is the rule on posts? Do you have to post all of your games in one post or can you add with an additional post?

I know I just posted max weekly number of picks, but I also would like to know the answer to this ^^

And also: I can't pick any game until Sunday (main slate) at this point, it's too late (past midnight Thursday)... correct?
