OK I got COVID but am back!!!

We lost by 5 last week with my absence. We had two players missing actually cuz we got COVID at the same time

We are re-matching the team we lost by early in the season by 3. I think we should be laying 3.5 points in the rematch. Bounce back spot plus revenge game. I had COVID but basically was only sick for one day. Chomping at the bit to get buckets.

I'm glad you're feeling better, GL.

I had some extra free time this week, so I signed up for 2 weeks of yoga classes to mix in with my usual workouts. Last night at the end of my yin yoga class when I was in shavasana pose my teacher grabbed my head and told me that my third eye energy is very strong... but for $70 she can balance it with my ground chakras by waving her hands over me in a reiki session.

She's married and (on a few levels) unattractive, so I'll save the 70 bucks and just deal with my overactive third eye energy... maybe I can shoot it out like a laser like the blue guy from X-Men.

I'm going back to the gym today. GL with your workouts everyone. (y)

Other than raising your testosterone a few points by watching attractive women do yoga. Yoga in and of itself is a basically a worthless endeavor.

Turning 40 this year & I got my testosterone tested recently & just got back my results this week which were normal healthy levels. I know when I’m at the gym discreetly looking at all the women in yoga pants with nice asses i get a solid temporary spike as well. So I feel you on that one Dawgy.

We'll agree to disagree on this one. I like yoga because:

1) It's great at reducing muscle soreness from weight lifting
2) I will get sore if I hit a muscle group that I'm ignoring at the gym
3) It makes me more flexible, which also helps to alleviate low back pain
4) It calms me down and makes me feel more positive
5) About an hour after I practice yoga I usually take a massive dump :an_dance:

I never tell anybody what to do if it makes you feel better than do it. If someone thinks it helps guess what it does. Should have said that there is much more efficient ways to train besides Yoga. GOD Bless.

I just had my testoserone checked last week. Mine were perfect and surprising my Dr said for my age.
