I have the same problems as you. Did you see one yet? I missed this thread the first time. Yeah I’ve lost thousands of hours of sleep to restless legs, tingling, burning feet. It’s worst at night which is normal. Seeing my Dr again for more tests in 3 weeks. My Dr did mention it could be a iron deficiency. So I’ve been taking iron pills the last month until I see her. Could be prediabetes also. Read to drink tonic water with quinine. Started that the last week.You wouldn't believe how long since I have seen a doctor.

That’s good advice and take iron pills every day bCould be to much time in the computer chair. Get some exercise and improve diet plus vitamin D & B.
