It is very quick and easy to set up an account with HRWager. As is the case with many offshore sites, it does not immediately conduct KYC checks, so just sign up, make a deposit and start betting. Follow these steps to get started:

There is a live betting section at HRWager. It does not offer a particularly exciting sports betting experience, but it is functional and it covers the main major sports events.
