They have some of the least knowledgeable and least helpful customer service reps out there. It’s like they couldn’t understand a simple sports question I was asking. If they’d improve CS I’d play here more often.
It’s great I can take some of my winnings in sports and play poker. I used to have several places to play cards at online but none of them take USA customers anymore. And my last two payouts were under 15 minutes.
