I'm pretty sure its 5k from any single free play awarded. So if you took a 1k fp and split it up into multiple bets the total amount won from all the bets has to be 5k or less. At least that's the way it worked back in the day, may have changed but I wouldn't know. I haven't got a fp from them...

There are no industry standards when it comes to bonuses.

Bookmaker/BOL only allow up to 5k in winnings off of any free play they give you, anything more and they will take the extra back. Every book has their own terms, read them.
